We have detailed fifteen different categories of scams; we explain how the scams are perpatrated in as much detail as we can, and most importantly, and how to recognize and avoid them them. With each category, we have listed the appropriate agency to contact to report your involvement with the scam. We have summarized all the contact infomation with a complete list of agencies at the end of our report.
Under each category of scams we have listed various news which we have collected since 2001. Many of the news stories are simply links to news stories published elsewhere. But, there are numerous stories which we have written ourselves, with us doing the investigative work!

This section of our website is clearly our hobby area - it is our passion. We do this simply because we enjoy it so much, and we enjoy the satisfaction we get when so many people email us back saying how we saved them some money and trouble!
