The case where a well off Calgary business man paid some ex-cops and current cops to do surveillance on his ex-partner resulted in two ex-Calgary cops being sentenced to prison time.
Now the Crown is alleging that parties in the trial were not truthful in their testimony before the Court. Not telling the truth in a court of law is very serious.
